Go to Start > control panel > open Java                                                     Step 1 : Go to security Tab                                                     1) Change the security Level to medium                                                     2) Click on Edit site list (A new window will open)

Step 2 : Click on add button to add the website (from where you are accessing the PKI component)      Click on OK to apply settings.

Step 3: Add the URL in the list (from where you are accessing the PKI component)

Step 4 : Screen after settings

Step 5 : Go to general tab and click on Settings

Step 6 : Click on delete files

Step 7: Select all the check boxes and click OK

Step 8: Apply setting and access the website in you browser
